In recent days, Central Vietnam has experienced historic floods that have caused severe damage to daily life. With a spirit of solidarity and compassion, Ho Chi Minh City Book Distribution Corporation – FAHASA quickly launched three relief programs for the central region with a total budget of nearly 3 billion VND.

A noteworthy effort is the distribution of 3,000 gift packages to students in areas heavily affected by the storms and floods, including Nghe An, Hue, Dak Lak, and Khanh Hoa.

Each gift package, valued at 600,000 VND, includes essential items and school supplies. The total value of this program amounts to 1.8 billion VND.

In addition, the company delivered 1,500 relief boxes to 500 disadvantaged households in Khanh Hoa and Dak Lak, with a total value of 500 million VND, contributed by all employees and ASA.

Furthermore, FAHASA initiated an internal donation campaign that raised 500 million VND to provide emergency support to 100 staff members within its bookstore system who were severely affected by the floods.

Through these timely and meaningful contributions, FAHASA hopes to extend its care, demonstrating the responsibility and compassion the company consistently upholds throughout its journey with the community.
