In celebration of the 50th anniversary of FAHASA (1976–2026), and with the aspiration of fostering a reading culture while bringing the value of books closer to communities, the FAHASA Bookstore System has launched a program to donate library collections to schools across Central Vietnam.
Each donated library collection represents more than a set of new and diverse books – it is a meaningful gift of knowledge that encourages learning, nurtures a love of reading, and opens up new opportunities for students to explore the world through books.
A highlight of the program took place at Ong Ich Khiem Primary School in Hai Chau Ward, Da Nang City, where FAHASA donated a library collection along with 50 gift packages for students. The event was attended by the Vice Chairman of the Hai Chau Ward People’s Committee and the Head of the Ward’s Department of Culture and Social Affairs, underscoring the significance of promoting reading culture and demonstrating the shared commitment of local authorities and the community to educational development.
