Following the recent floods that caused severe damage across Central Vietnam, many children returned to school with soaked textbooks and missing school supplies. Understanding these hardships and wishing to encourage students as they resume their studies, FAHASA, in collaboration with its suppliers, delivered 390 gift sets worth 234 million VND to students affected by flooding in Quang Dien commune.
The event was attended by Ms. Phan Thi Phuong My – Chairwoman of the Quang Dien Women’s Union; Mr. Mai Thien Van – Store Manager of FAHASA Hue Bookstore; representatives of the Board of Principals from Quang An Primary School No. 1 and Quang Phuoc Primary School No. 2; along with a large number of students.
FAHASA presented 212 gift sets valued at 127,200,000 VND to students at Quang An Primary School No. 1, and 178 gift sets valued at 106,800,000 VND to students at Quang Phuoc Primary School No. 2. In total, 390 gift sets worth 234 million VND were distributed. Each gift set included a backpack, notebooks, and essential school supplies, helping students stabilize their learning conditions after the disaster.
This initiative not only provided practical support but also helped spread a spirit of compassion and community care. FAHASA hopes that this timely assistance will bring joy and encouragement to students in the flood-affected area, enabling them to continue their educational journey with confidence.
