In the summer of 1976, during the early days of a newly unified Vietnam entering a period of reconstruction, amidst hopes for revival and transformation, FAHASA was officially established on August 6th, 1976. From humble beginnings, with a slow but steady pace, each book was gently passed from hand to hand, each bookstore carefully built one after another… and 49 years later, that journey has painted a vibrant map of knowledge stretching across the entire nation.
Today, on August 6th, 2025, FAHASA turns 49. Not the youngest age, nor the final destination – but a meaningful milestone in a persistent journey, where every book, every shelf, every bookstore carries the dedication of thousands of individuals who have come together to spread the love of knowledge.
