Today, October 4, the novel series Twilight Saga by author Stephenie Meyer – a global literary phenomenon for the past two decades – returns with a new look, in a special edition distributed simultaneously in Vietnam by Fahasa.
To celebrate its 20th anniversary, Hachette Book Group has released three special editions of Twilight, with highly collectible designs. Upon receiving this news, the Ho Chi Minh City Book Distribution Company (Fahasa) directly worked with its partners to import the full set of these original special editions, introducing them to Vietnamese readers.

The work tells a romantic yet challenging love story between the human girl Bella Swan and the vampire Edward Cullen, spanning four volumes: Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse, and Breaking Dawn. The series initiated a wave of modern romantic-fantasy novels, inspiring numerous works of the same genre, and laid the foundation for a famous film franchise that conquered global box offices.
Fahasa helps readers own the most anticipated works of the year
A Fahasa representative said, “We strive to bring world-famous book series to Vietnam to create more impressive highlights for the book market. This is not only a token of gratitude to readers who have been passionate about Twilight, but also an opportunity for a new generation of readers to once again discover the endless charm of the romantic-fantasy series that has become a legend over the past two decades.”
In addition, on October 21, young readers will be welcomed with Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Partypooper (Book 20) by Jeff Kinney – the latest installment of the globally best-selling series, imported from the UK (Penguin Random House UK) and released by Fahasa simultaneously with the world.
The book continues to follow the young boy Greg Heffley through humorous and witty situations, filled with profound lessons about friendship, family, and life.
It is known that after 19 volumes, Diary of a Wimpy Kid has sold over 300 million copies, been translated into 70 languages, published in 87 countries, and has become a pop culture brand with 4 live-action films, 3 animated movies on Disney+, and a musical performed on many international stages.

The event of Fahasa bringing foreign publishers’ books to Vietnam simultaneously with the world not only gives readers the opportunity to own the most anticipated works of the year – from detective novels, fantasy, dark fantasy… to million-copy children’s books – but also affirms the company’s efforts to bring the quintessence of global reading culture closer to Vietnamese readers.
