– This collaboration marks an important milestone in FAHASA’s journey of partnering with leading international publishers, aiming to enhance English proficiency and global knowledge among Vietnamese students.
– With 49 years of establishment and development and a network of over 130 modern and professional bookstores nationwide, FAHASA is currently Vietnam’s leading importer and distributor of foreign-language books, as well as a trusted partner of many prestigious global publishers. Over the years, FAHASA has distributed millions of English textbooks to students across the country.
– Cengage Learning Asia PTE LTD is one of the world’s top educational publishers, specializing in providing English teaching materials and educational resources for all levels — from preschool to university.
– According to the MOU, FAHASA will be one of two exclusive distributors of the Life 3rd – Vietnam Edition textbook series by Cengage Learning in the Vietnamese market starting in 2025.
– This collaboration not only reaffirms the pioneering role of both parties in the field of educational development but also aims to establish a long-term and sustainable partnership built on shared benefits and the mutual mission of spreading knowledge.
– Earlier, on October 14, 2025, another MOU signing ceremony between Ho Chi Minh City Book Distribution Corporation (FAHASA) and Cengage Learning Asia PTE LTD was also held in Hanoi, marking the beginning of a strategic partnership between the two organizations.
