In response to Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day, as stipulated in Decision No. 1862/QĐ-TTg issued by the Prime Minister, Ho Chi Minh City Book Distribution Corporation (FAHASA) has actively implemented a large-scale series of nationwide activities, contributing to the promotion of reading culture and enhancing the spiritual life of the community.
In celebration of the 5th Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day, from April 15 to May 1, 2026, FAHASA and its affiliated bookstores have actively participated in and organized a series of socially and educationally meaningful events at 29 locations across Ho Chi Minh City, Tay Ninh, Can Tho, Ca Mau, Ben Tre, Cai Be, Da Nang, Bac Ninh, Nam Dinh, and other provinces nationwide. These book fair locations were organized in collaboration with local People’s Committees, Departments of Information and Communications, libraries, and schools.
Nationwide Book Fair Series
To celebrate Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day across the country, while encouraging traditional reading habits and attracting young readers to visit bookstores, FAHASA has partnered with publishers, book companies, and cultural media organizations to offer discounts on hundreds of Vietnamese titles from April 1 to May 1, 2026, with discounts of up to 50%. These promotions are available across the entire FAHASA bookstore system and on its e-commerce platform, fahasa.com. Visitors attending the book fairs also have the opportunity to receive many attractive gifts.
This initiative reflects FAHASA’s commitment to creating favorable conditions for readers-especially young people-to access books at affordable prices, thereby contributing to the promotion of knowledge and reading culture among individuals, families, and communities across the country.


Modern Book Fair Spaces – Well-Organized Displays
With a total of 29 locations hosting the Book Fair Series celebrating the 5th Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day 2026 across the country, from North to South, FAHASA continues to affirm its role as an active participant in nationwide activities marking April 21 – Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day.
