The grand opening of the newly expanded FAHASA Long Bien Bookstore is not only a celebration for FAHASA Corporation but also fulfills the anticipation of many Hanoi residents. • Smart product search and information access: All products are geo-located and assigned shelf codes. Using the Product Locator App at the information kiosk, customers can easily find detailed product information and receive a printable mini-map directing them to the exact product location. For large bookstores with thousands of square meters and hundreds of thousands of products, this efficient navigation tool saves valuable time.
• Smart payment: Self-checkout counters are available for customers using bank cards or popular e-wallets like Zalopay and Momo. After selecting items, customers can pay in a few taps on the screen without queuing at traditional checkout counters, offering a quick and autonomous shopping experience.

With smart search, product locator app, and automated payment options via bank cards, Momo, and Zalopay, FAHASA Long Bien provides a seamless, modern shopping journey.
