Over the course of its 50-year journey of establishment and development, Ho Chi Minh City Book Distribution Corporation – FAHASA has not only affirmed its position as one of Vietnam’s leading book distributors, but has also continuously expanded its role as a bridge of knowledge, connecting publishers, educational institutions, businesses, and communities through initiatives in education, reading culture development, and human resource development.
On September 10, 2026, at Cuu Long University, FAHASA and Cuu Long University officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), marking a new milestone in university–business cooperation and opening up a wide range of practical collaborative opportunities for lecturers, students, and the wider community.
Comprehensive Cooperation Across Multiple Fields
Based on mutual discussions and agreements, FAHASA and Cuu Long University will collaborate on a wide range of key initiatives. In particular, the two parties will jointly develop learning resources by coordinating the provision and utilization of books, reference materials, and other appropriate educational resources to effectively support teaching, learning, and research. To promote a strong reading culture, they plan to organize book introduction programs, book fairs, book exhibitions, and various reading promotion activities for lecturers, students, and the wider community.
The partnership also places a strong emphasis on human resource training and development, providing students with opportunities to undertake internships, gain practical workplace experience, and access suitable employment opportunities.
In addition, the two organizations will strengthen collaboration in scientific research, seminars, professional and academic exchanges, and innovation, while promoting initiatives related to digital transformation, e-commerce, artificial intelligence (AI), data, and technology solutions tailored to practical needs.
Student support programs, scholarships, community initiatives, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities are also among the areas that both parties plan to jointly implement in the coming period.
FAHASA Donates a Book Collection Worth VND 50 Million
On the occasion of the signing ceremony, FAHASA’s representatives presented Cuu Long University with a book collection valued at VND 50 million, contributing additional resources to support the teaching, learning, and research needs of the University’s lecturers and students.
This initiative further reflects FAHASA’s commitment to bringing books, knowledge, and meaningful learning opportunities closer to younger generations, while fostering and promoting a strong reading culture within the educational community.

The signing of the cooperation agreement with Cuu Long University represents a concrete step in FAHASA’s commitment to strengthening connections among universities, businesses, and learners, bringing corporate resources and practical industry experience closer to the educational environment.
