+ Đối với người hoạt động kháng chiến, con đẻ của người hoạt động kháng chiến bị nhiễm chất độc hóa học: Học hết chương trình THPT; đủ điều kiện dự thi theo quy định tại khoản 2 Điều 19 Quy chế thi Ban hành kèm theo Thông tư 24/2024/TT-BGDĐT; có giấy xác nhận bị nhiễm chất độc hóa học và bị suy giảm khả năng lao động từ 61% trở lên do cơ quan có thẩm quyền cấp.
(2) Miễn thi môn Ngoại ngữ trong xét công nhận tốt nghiệp THPT đối với:
– Thành viên đội tuyển quốc gia dự thi Olympic quốc tế môn Ngoại ngữ theo Quyết định của Bộ trưởng Bộ GDĐT được miễn thi môn ngoại ngữ trong xét công nhận tốt nghiệp THPT;
