How to Use the FAHASA Gift Card

Denomination and Value of the Gift Card

• The card can only be used once; after the transaction is successfully completed, the card will automatically become invalid.
• The card has no cash conversion value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Validity Period and Scope of Use

• The card can be used at all FAHASA bookstores and on the fahasa.com e-commerce website.
• The card is only accepted when it is within the valid period and has been activated.
• A financial invoice will be issued to customers who use the card to make purchases.
• For offline payments, only the physical card with a valid barcode and security code is accepted. Photos or copies of the card are not accepted.
• Customers may use multiple gift cards for a single order.
• The card cannot be returned or refunded after purchase.
• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card or “gift voucher” products.
• Gift cards purchased at FAHASA bookstores or on fahasa.com will be activated 1 hour after purchase.
• If a customer reuses a Gift Card that was previously used, FAHASA can assist in providing the usage history, including: Time and store of usage.
