(DNTO) – With the spirit of supporting the people of Central Vietnam in overcoming difficulties caused by storms and floods and helping them soon stabilize their lives, FAHASA Book Distribution Corporation has carried out three rounds of relief with a total budget of 3 billion VND.
In recent days, the lives of residents in the central provinces have been severely affected by heavy flooding. In this situation, people across the country have united, contributing efforts and resources to share the losses and provide additional support so that affected families can rebuild their lives as soon as possible.
FAHASA Joint Stock Company quickly implemented several practical activities in November 2025, launching three relief programs for the central region with a total budget of nearly 3 billion VND, demonstrating its sense of community responsibility and commitment to standing with people in flood-hit areas.

With contributions from all staff members, the first program delivered 500 relief packages. Each household received 2–3 boxes containing men’s, women’s, and children’s clothing, household items, and essential food supplies. These were distributed to residents in Khanh Hoa and Đak Lak (the former Phu Yen region).
In response to the loss of school materials among many students in flood-affected areas, FAHASA launched the second support program, offering 3,000 gift sets to students at impacted schools. Each set included backpacks, notebooks, pens, and various essential learning tools. The program is conducted in two phases: 1,500 gifts were delivered in early November 2025, and the remaining 1,500 will be distributed from December 1 to December 5, 2025, to schools in Khanh Hoa and Phu Yen.

The total value of this program is 1.8 billion VND. These gifts not only provide material support but also serve as meaningful encouragement, helping students regain confidence and joy as they return to school after the disaster.

Alongside community-oriented activities, FAHASA also pays close attention to the well-being of employees in Khánh Hòa and Phú Yên who were severely affected by the floods. Through an internal donation campaign conducted across the entire system, the company provided assistance to nearly 100 employees and their families working at bookstores in the central region who suffered serious losses.
Employees directly affected received between 10,000,000 and 20,000,000 VND each, with total support exceeding 500 million VND. This timely assistance reflects strong solidarity within the company, fostering mutual support in overcoming difficult times.

Ms. Pham Thi Hoa, Deputy General Director of FAHASA, shared that in all activities, the company sends staff members directly to the affected areas to distribute gifts, visit families, and offer support. Relief vehicles navigating through deep floodwaters and muddy roads serve as a testament to FAHASA’s readiness to accompany communities, listen, understand, and contribute in meaningful ways to ease their hardships.
“Beyond essential items, our teams also bring heartfelt compassion, encouragement, and hope to each household and every child enduring losses. Every handshake and every caring question is a warm connection, expressing the sense of responsibility and kindness FAHASA always upholds on its journey alongside the community.”
